The Developer

With a successful career in the real estate and housing industry spanning over 36 years, William B. Baner brings his unparalleled expertise and great enthusiasm to his newest endeavor, Versailles.

Mr. Baner began his career in 1966 in Delray Beach, Florida, where his focus was on rehabilitation and management of single-family and multi-family residences. Continuing with his interest in property management, Mr. Baner moved to the West Coast and worked for Metro-Dyne of San Jose, a property syndications firm with more than 229 limited partners who invested in the acquisition, rehabilitation, management, and resale of multi-family properties in Texas, Washington, Oregon, Oklahoma, and California. For six years, Mr. Baner served as Senior Vice President of Metro-Dyne heading up property acquisitions and partnership relations. In 1982, Mr. Baner started his own firm, Baner Financial Interests, based in downtown San Francisco.

As a longtime resident of the Bay Area and owner of apartment complexes on the West Coast and in the Marina District of San Francisco, Mr. Baner appreciates the stimulating atmosphere of a diverse, upscale, urban environment, and he looks forward to developing and staying involved in Versailles, a community of vibrant adults living in an exceptional location in the heart of the Peninsula.
