Versailles is the latest project created by William Baner, a visionary developer with a real estate career spanning nearly 40 years. Mr. Baner has extensive experience in the development, construction and operation of upscale senior living communities that offer services and amenities on a par with luxury hotels. After launching his real estate career in Florida in 1966, Mr. Baner relocated to the West Coast and continued evolving his expertise in the field. In 1982, he founded his own firm, Baner Financial Interests, which is based in downtown San Francisco.
